Questions we get a lot

How long does delivery take?

UK orders arrive in 3–5 working days. International orders take 7–14 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping is free worldwide on orders over £199. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Email us to start a return.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Every payment is processed securely by Shopify.

My item arrived damaged. What now?

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. No need to return the damaged item.
